The 2024 Saltville Labor Day Weekend Celebration takes place Friday August 30th through Monday September 2nd with music, food and craft vendors, a parade, 5K foot race, fireworks, Shaker Nation reunion, Civil War living history encampment and more.
The Saltvillle Labor Day Celebration includes a market selling food and beverages, hand-crafted items, works of art and goods for all ages.

2024 Saltville Labor Day Celebration
For decades, the town of Saltville has hosted the biggest Labor Day celebration in Southwest Virginia. In 2024, Saltville marks its 53rd anniversary (only missing a single year due to Covid). The 2024 dates are Friday August 30th through Monday September 2nd.
Find family fun, carnival games, festival food and vendors all weekend long. All entertainment is free! The Saltville Labor Day Celebration is sponsored by the Saltville Town Council.
Bring your own chair or picnic blanket and enjoy the fun all weekend.
